Here it is – Our chance to have key input into how we shape the look and feel of Our Town.
The Warrego Urban Landcare Group is seeking community input to help develop ideas for future streetscape design and beautification improvements in the main central business area in Charleville.
The trees planted along Alfred Street and Wills Street by the Murweh Shire Council in recent weeks have met with great local support and on the back of that the Warrego Urban Landcare Group is hosting public consultation sessions and providing a survey opportunity to gather further ideas for future improvements to the streets.
The Murweh Shire Council says its keen to continue to enhance the main business area, and the Warrego Urban Landcare Group wants to ensure that what the public wants to see next makes it onto the agenda.
Warrego Urban Landcare Group has a long history of improving the streetscape of Charleville, the most recent work being the planting of trees along the footpath in front of the town pool and the King Edward Park skateboarding precinct.
